I do not usually listen to music while working, so it may not technically be a work song. However, feedback from my colleagues helps me notice things I may have overlooked and gives me the motivation to keep improving and working harder.
Q. What’s a good day to work from home?
A. A day with bad weather.

When the weather is bad, simply going outside can be exhausting, and sometimes I feel tired before I even begin working.

A. A day with beautiful weather.

When the weather is nice, simply stepping outside makes me feel as though something good is going to happen.

A. The company’s lunch allowance.

It has given me the opportunity to freely try foods that I would not normally get to eat. I am also proud of the company’s warm, almost parental determination to make sure that none of its employees ever go hungry.
Q. When did you feel you grew the most after joining?
A. When I realized I was no longer getting lost.

When I first joined the company, there were many situations where I felt unsure or spent too much time figuring things out. Now, when I can immediately accomplish what I set out to do without getting lost along the way, I can really feel how much I have grown.
