A. Octopo is a very free and autonomous company!

The company respects each employee’s convenience and individuality. As long as you responsibly complete your assigned work, there are very few restrictions on how you work or the process you follow. That’s why I feel the company offers a high level of freedom and has a relaxed atmosphere.

A. I often listen to the Pepe playlist on YouTube. It’s really great!

A. When the weather is bad, or when I have a personal appointment near home during work hours.

A. When I want to enjoy delicious food and have a fun time working with my teammates!

Q. What makes you most proud to work here?
A. The lunch allowance is a whopping 18,000 KRW..! And I’m also proud that we have school-like vacation breaks!

A. When I was able to independently lead and manage the entire process of my assigned work on my own, I felt that I had grown a lot.
