A. Someone who loves sequence drawing as an effector, wants to improve at it, or has a strong passion for effect drawing.

If you have an understanding of the engine, the necessary sense and intuition as an effector, and the flexibility to adapt to new environments, I think anyone should feel free to take on the challenge.
