On the other hand, something I love but is actually dangerous to work to would be OSTs from The Walt Disney Company / Pixar / Studio Ghibli. While listening, I end up talking with my teammates about the scenes that come to mind, which distracts me from focusing.

A. Someone who is proactive in their work, has strong ownership over their output, and knows how to get along with others.

A. When my work sync with the team improved.

Beyond my existing tasks, I started taking on animation work, and being able to ease others’ workload made me realize how much I had grown.

A. Everyone is wonderful, but I think Chic, who always keeps the team atmosphere positive; Rian, who keeps us sharp and focused; Maya, who never lets the laughter stop; and Yoon all contribute greatly to keeping the team healthy and balanced.
